Track Your Juno & Vale Order
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow the delivery progress of your order.
If your tracking information has not updated immediately after shipment, please allow some additional time for the carrier's system to refresh.

Shipping Timeline
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated transit time after shipment is 3–7 business days.
Most orders are therefore expected to arrive within approximately 4–10 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Tracking Shows Delivered but You Cannot Find the Package
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery area around your address.
- Ask household members whether they received the package.
- Check with neighbors or building staff where appropriate.
- Review any delivery notes provided by the carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@junoandvale.shop so we can review the available shipment information.
Incorrect or Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos when appropriate.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
