Juno & Vale currently ships within the United States only.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays result from carriers or circumstances reasonably outside our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within the period and under the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our current standard return period for eligible purchases is 30 days after delivery.

Eligible return shipping is covered by Juno & Vale under the conditions stated in that policy.

We also accept eligible exchanges subject to product availability.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after processing has started.

The Celestial Archive uses zodiac, astronomical, and symbolic concepts as a creative and artistic language.

Customers should purchase these products as creative, decorative, stationery, or collectible goods according to the applicable product description.
